Isn’t this a great time to live in Arizona? Our days have finally cooled and it truly feels like Fall. Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Where did 2011 go? Good news, it’s not over yet and there’s still plenty of time to visit a local Farmers’ Market, enjoy dinner Downtown, get your Holiday cards prepared and mailed by someone other than yourself, and get your home on the market. I hope you find this information delicious ;)

Be the first to send me the name of the attached Tucson peak and win a $10 Gift Card to AMC Theatre. At the end of the year, I’ll put your name in a drawing to win dinner with me!
There is a general consensus that markets in the west are stabilizing and starting to creep up. Take a look at this Graph to see what I’m talking about. And for more specific information about the Tucson market, take a look at the current Housing Reports.

Tucson’s Farmers’ Markets mission is to “Plant seeds of awareness in support of our region’s farms by: connecting consumers directly to local food producers, strengthening urban-rural community bonds, educating the general public on the benefits of eating locally produced food.”
I invite you to connect this month at one of the many Tucson markets and feel the benefits of the experience. Maybe I’ll see you at Maynard’s!
East Side: Jesse Owens Park
Central: Broadway Village
North/Central: St. Phillip’s Plaza

My heart SINGS for this thoughtfully updated 1937 Joesler! I both love and appreciate historical architecture; I suppose it’s what first attracted me to the real estate business. The pictures do not convey the warm feeling inside this home. There is a very large dining area in the kitchen that looks out on a floor-to-ceiling view of the Catalinas. This particular property is the perfect blend of old and new and peacefully situated in the Foothills. Contact me to schedule a showing, or, create your own home search at my exclusive Virtual Home Finder.
TRY THIS! Whether you’re in the market or just curious, ANY time you’re out and about and want to know more about ANY property:
1) TEXT: LongJen TO: 59559
2) Follow the prompts, enter the property address and voila!
3) You will receive property information via text in seconds.
4) Try it now! It’s free and easy. For your test run, try the property address: 5276 Rain Shadow
Speaking of listings, have you noticed the snowbirds flocking to the desert? They’re back and they’re looking for homes. Possibly your home. If your home is the perfect blend of charm, contact me for a price analysis. And, if you think of a friend or neighbor who is talking about moving, please refer them to me!
This year I did myself a favor by hiring Beyond Business Solutions to refine my business bookkeeping. And what a favor it was! I couldn’t recommend their services more. Amayea Maat, CEO, stresses that no job is too big or small. With their own office and equipment, they can work for you as little or as much that’s needed. Their services are reliable and cost effective and if you’ve ever thought, “I wish I had an assistant to do this,” now you do. Services include but are not limited to:
Personalized Phone Answering
Mail Outs (They’ll even handwrite your holiday cards!)
Contact Amayea for all of your support needs so you can focus on what you do best!
Recently, I celebrated a family birthday at Downtown’s, HUB Eatery & Ice Creamery. Have you experienced it? What did you think? Open for lunch, dinner and late night, the HUB has an interesting interior, with exposed brick and an entire wall that reminds me of black-frosting lace! Oh, and they have homemade ice cream. One of the dozen featured flavors this month—candy corn. If you plan to visit on the weekend, remember to make a reservation. Then don’t forget to send me your review. I’d love to know what you thought.
A friend and colleague shared this site with me. It has some great ideas, especially stuff to do with kids. Visit Tucson on the Cheap for Tucson’s inexpensive and free events.
Sabino Chocolates is a local company, making beautiful specialty chocolates. I bought some gifts from them for the first time, and they were almost too beautiful to eat. Read about the owner, and check out the beautiful artisan chocolates.
I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving. I am Thankful and continue to count my blessings for your current business and continued referrals. And remember, if you have any questions about the Tucson real estate market, I’m always just a phone call, text, or email away.
